Booking Terms and Conditions

Any bookings of apartment 60C are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Upon issue of a booking confirmation, a contract will be entered into for the holiday dates shown.

To secure your booking a 25% deposit is required, the final balance is payable six weeks before the commencement of your holiday.  If the final payment balance is not received by the due date the client will remain liable to pay the balance

We recommend you arrange your own comprehensive travel insurance.

Our apartment can accommodate four adults and two children, however this level of use must be agreed and registered when making the booking. Only names listed on booking form can stay. We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age.

No Pets are allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. Non-compliance with this rule will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments.

The apartment is non SMOKING and not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. Non-compliance with this rule will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.

We (the owner) cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained during your stay, however caused.  We recommend you arrange your own comprehensive travel insurance.

We (the owner) cannot be held responsible for any Golf equipment, loss or damaged whilst using the Boa-vista golf course.  We recommend you arrange your own comprehensive travel insurance.

Under no circumstances shall the owner's liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period.

We or our representative reserve the right to visit the apartment at any time and gain access to undertake essential maintenance or for inspection purposes.

The standard arrival time is at 4.00pm unless otherwise agreed.  To allow the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests you are requested to vacate the apartment by 10.00am on the day of departure. If you wish to make alternative arrangement please do so during the booking process.

A security deposit is required on arrival at the resort. Our Boa-vista agent will arrange this with you during the booking in process. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 days after your departure, providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment. However, in the unlikely event of any serious damage we do not limit our claim to the damage deposit, and the signatory will be held responsible for all additional costs.

The owner reserves the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.

You the client may in no circumstance re-let or sublet the property, even free of charge.  If for any reason you need to modify your booking you should immediately bring this to our or the representatives attention.  A fee may be payable for the changes.

In the unlikely event of a problem during the holiday, you should immediately bring this to our or the representatives attention. This will give us the chance to ensure your holiday is not spoilt.

This apartment is privately owned, our agent is their to ensure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible.  The apartment will be cleaned and services twice weekly and inspected after each occupancy. We have furnished the apartment to a very high standard so expect our guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the apartment with the same respect that they would with their own house.

The garage facility "If Booked" comes under the same terms and conditions as the apartment.
